Standard Quotation Terms & Exclusions

The following terms and exclusions apply to all quotations provided by Tek Call Pty Ltd (“US”, “WE”). By accepting the quotation from us, you accept the following terms and conditions, without limitation or qualification.

1. Quotation is valid for 30 days.
2. All prices are exclusive of GST.
3. All works/quotation are subject to Tek Call’s standard terms and conditions.
4. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date.
5. Multiple invoices/progress claims may be issued when the works exceed 1 month, as per Tek Call’s standard terms and conditions, due 7 days from invoice date.
6. A 50% deposit may be required before commencement of works, unless previous arrangements have been authorised by Tek Call, due 7 days from invoice date.
7. All equipment supplied shall remain the property of Tek Call until full payment has been received.
8. A purchase/work order or formal written approval is required prior to any purchase of materials, commitment of labour and/or works commencement of site.
9. All quotations are private and confidential between Tek Call and the addressed client.
10. Quotation does not include any after hour’s rates – if any works are required to be undertaken outside of normal business hours, this will be charged separately as a variation to the quoted sum.
11. Tek Call cannot guarantee the integrity of existing cables. New cables may need to be installed if existing cables are identified as faulty at any stage during the installation process. This may be charged separately as a variation to the quoted sum.
12. Client to provide any data points required with full network connection, unless otherwise stated as an inclusion in the quotation.
13. All 240V AC works and provision of power outlets (GPO’s) are excluded, unless otherwise stated as an inclusion in the quotation.
14. All concrete pads, underground conduits, pits, trenching, back filling, elevated work platform use, metal conduit, metal fixings, fire rated cable, fire panel works, wall chases, concrete cutting, penetrations, patching, painting and making good has been excluded, unless otherwise stated as an inclusion in the quotation.
15. Tek Call has made no allowance for precautions needed to work in the presence of asbestos, lead paint or any other hazardous substance. Additional charges or cancellation of the job may apply at Tek Call’s discretion.
16. Excludes warranty on existing equipment and/or existing cabling.
17. Excludes warranty on any equipment not listed within this quotation.
18. Excludes any additional programming not listed within this quotation.
19. Warranty does not cover system misuse, user error, battery life, or damage caused by lightning strikes, floods, storms or extraordinary weather conditions.
20. Warranty excludes interruptions of services provided by any third-party providers including but not limited to telephone, electricity, internet, GSM network service etc, as well as any interference from external radio signals.
21. Excludes delays caused by access restrictions, supplier delays, etc that are deemed to be beyond Tek Call’s control.
22. At the conclusion of the warranty period, Tek Call offer ongoing Service and Maintenance agreements POA.
